Design And Development Of Dormitory Management System For College Student In Smart Campus

With the development of enrollment expansion policy,the number of students in universities in our country is increasing,which increases the workload of school daily life management.At present,most colleges and universities still use traditional manual management methods to manage student information.This management method not only has a large workload,but also has low efficiency,and cannot meet the large-scale management requirements for students.In order to solve this problem,domestic and foreign investors have invested a lot of money in this area and set up some natural science fund projects to attract research scholars to develop student dormitory management systems.Although some achievements have been made,but in information management,student accommodation management,dormitory security management,expenses management and item management.There are still some problems in the four aspects of management and goods management.This article will focus on these issues,put forward the design of university student dormitory management system.This thesis firstly finds the literature related to the design of college student dormitory management system,sums up the research achievements made in the student dormitory management system at home and abroad,and puts forward the main research contents of this article.Secondly,introduce the relevant technologies involved in this study,including Java Web technology,SQL Server database technology and Face recognition technology,and analyze the user basic information needs of the system development,user requirements for the system,system function requirements,and use this part as the theory of system development.in accordance with.Again,based on the principle of system development and combined with system development requirements,a management system based on the B/S architecture is designed.The system includes information management functions,student accommodation management functions,dormitory security management functions,expense management functions,and item management functions,and a system database is designed.Finally,through system debugging and maintenance,the advantages of system improvement are summarized and the value of the design research is reflected.Through debugging,we can see that the college student dormitory management system designed in this paper can realize the functions of system development and meet the system design requirements.It can help school dormitory administrators to reduce workload,improve work efficiency,and provide students with a convenient information inquiry service.The practical results show that the college student dormitory management system designed in this thesis has obvious improvements in management functions,work efficiency,and accuracy,and the cost is slightly reduced.
