The Design And Implementation Of College Students Apartments Management System

Contemporary college students are in an important period of the times.Their thinking and study and living habits are different from those in the past.With the development of the Internet and emerging science and technology,college students have higher requirements for living areas from the classroom to the dormitory.Therefore,new requirements have been put forward for how to achieve efficient,scientific,and intelligent management of college student dormitories.In recent years,many universities have used computer and Internet technologies to establish a dormitory management system that adapts to the actual conditions of the university and improved the management of school dormitories.The efficiency has facilitated the life of college students.So an in-depth study of college students’ dormitory management culture and methods,and the proposal and design of a more distinctive college dormitory management system are the considerations of this article.In this article,a university student dormitory management system is designed upon the investigation and analysis of the student apartment management status in Tangshan University and reference to the apartment management staff of the apartment management recommendations and ideas.The system is designed from the practical application of college apartment management with the help of other related design concepts and based on the professional knowledge learned.The application development environment of this system is Visual Studio.NET 2010,and Maria DB is a database management system.In the overall design,the dormitory management system is divided into a user account module,a dormitory management module,a student management module,a hygiene assessment module,and a hygiene management module.There are eleven functional modules,such as the operation log management module and the illegal dormitories.Each module will realize its own function independently.The specific content is shown in the main body of the paper.All design functions are finally realized through the program.The system interface is friendly and the operation is simple.It provides more efficient and more intelligent management for college students’ dormitories.
