Technology Empowers The Dilemma And Optimization Of Railroad Station Security Management

As a typical representative of the national special station,Hongqiao Station is representative of the national railroad hubs,and its experience model is highly replicable and generalizable.Through the practice of technology-enabled security management in Hongqiao Railway Station,the paper studies the basic elements,operation mechanism and optimization path of station security wisdom governance.Among them,the refinement of governance,governance mode platform,governance subject diversification is the main manifestation of its operating mechanism,in the role of technology-enabled security management to achieve the wisdom of governance.The thesis is a single case study of the practical study of technology application in Hongqiao Railway Station,which finds the basic rules of technology empowerment in station governance application,combined with the summary of the current experience of smart governance,and argues that the value of technology empowerment is passenger-centered,and the external performance is efficiency-oriented.In the case study,the paper also finds that although certain achievements have been made in the security management of Hongqiao Station through technology empowerment,there are still problems in the institutional guarantee,data security,and value orientation,mainly in the following aspects: the institutional guarantee of technology empowerment needs to be further improved,there are contradictions between data security and empowerment path under information sharing,the empowerment of human subjectivity needs to be strengthened,and the response to the human-oriented value concept is not sufficient etc.The thesis combines risk management theory and empowerment theory,and on the basis of domestic and foreign research results and excellent experiences of local public security prevention and control,it is argued that railroad public security organs need to optimize the institutional design of technology-enabled public security management;at the same time,strengthen data sharing and protection in the process of technology application;finally,return to the human-centered concept,take citizens’ needs as the center,and return to human subjectivity.To realize the effectiveness of public security technology in station security prevention and control,improve the railroad security prevention and control system,and further improve the sense of safety and satisfaction of passengers.
