Research On China’s Network Ideological Security Governance In The New Era

The network ideological security is the realistic need to safeguard the national ideological security.The arrival of network globalization makes the ideological struggle between China and the West more complicated.The advantages of Internet technology hegemony and discourse hegemony in western developed countries are in sharp contrast with the disadvantages of China’s Internet technology shortcomings and limited discourse power.Hostile forces use the network to infiltrate our country’s ideology in an attempt to interfere with and destroy the favorable environment for socialist development.At the same time,the mainstream ideology in our country also has the problem of scattered discourse power in the complex public opinion field,which highlights the double challenges faced by the network ideology security.The importance of network ideology security governance is self-evident.The research on China’s network ideological security governance in the new era adheres to the Marxist worldview and methodology,starts from the analysis of the concept of network ideological security governance,and bases on the series of discussions of the Communist Party of China on network ideological governance and the network security situation at home and abroad.This paper expounds the strategic value of China’s network ideological security governance in the new era to consolidate the mainstream ideological security,promote the modernization of national governance and maintain the overall national security.According to the goal of China’s network ideological security governance in the new era,this paper examines the practical results of the current network ideological security governance,that is,the social governance pattern of network ideological security has basically taken shape,the level of governance by law has been significantly improved,and the mainstream network ideological public opinion has continued to improve.However,it is worth noting that with the discourse packaging and public opinion induction of various non-mainstream ideologies,there are still some problems in China’s network ideological security field,such as insufficient recognition of Marxist discourse,the emergence of anti-authority thoughts,the increasingly strong pursuit of capital and the invasion of western ideology.In this regard,this paper explains the causes of China’s network ideological security governance problems from the aspects of inadequate coordination of multiple governance subjects,relatively lagging guidance of mainstream media public opinion,and imperfect governance system centered on information technology.Standing in a new historical position and focusing on the new trend of network ideological development,according to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on network ideological governance,it can focus on increasing investment in core technologies to build a "firewall" of network ideological security,innovating the expression of mainstream network ideological discourse to assemble the mainstream ideological "loudspeaker" of the network,forming a high-quality governance team to play a good "combined fist" of network ideological security,accelerating the development of media integration and cultivating online opinion leaders to create a "gravitational field" of mainstream network ideology and other levels to promote governance innovation for network ideological security.
