Research On The Characteristics Of Affinity To People Of Socialist Modernization With Chinese Characteristics

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China profoundly pointed out that the Party had led the people to successfully embark on the path of Chinese-style modernization and created a new form of human civilization.The Chinese modernization path is to adhere to the new modernization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The distinctive feature and unique advantage of modernization is affinity to people.With the development of economy and society as well as the improvement of material living standard,people’s consciousness of the main body is increasing and their demand for spiritual culture is growing rapidly,so the topics related to "people" have received special attention from the Party and the State.As a concept highlighting the people’s main body and the value of humanity,"affinity to people" runs through the entire historical process of Sinicization of Marxism.It is also an important factor in the success of Chinese path to modernization.In-depth study and grasp of affinity to people are not only helpful to better practice the "people first",but also has important practical significance to the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.This thesis takes the characteristics of affinity to people in socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics as the research object.It adopts the literature research method,inductive summary method and comparative analysis method to analyze and study the characteristics of affinity to people in the development path of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics in a comprehensive and systematic manner.First,it expounds the specific connotation of modernization,people,and affinity to people.On this basis,the theoretical basis for the formation of affinity to people is explored from three aspects: the Marxist materialistic view of history and the traditional Chinese people-oriented thinking and the people’s view of the Chinese Communists.The realistic basis of the formation of affinity to people is analyzed from the transformation of the CPC’s original aspiration,mission,and social principal contradiction.Secondly,socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics is divided into three stages according to the period of socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform and opening and socialist modernization,and the period since entering the new era,and the initial formation,deepening development,and comprehensive display of the characteristics of affinity to people are specifically discussed in three dimensions: strategic arrangement,institutional design,and line policy.Thirdly,by comparing the leading subjects,institutional guarantee,value orientation and outcome purpose of the modernization paths of China and the West,the distinctive characteristics of affinity to people in our modernization model is highlighted.Finally,the value implications of studying the characteristics of affinity to people of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics are summarized from the theoretical and practical levels.It has not only enriched and developed the Marxist materialistic view of history,but also deepened the basic laws of the long-term rule of the Communist Party of China and pointed out the direction for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,while creating a new form of human civilization,representing the direction of development and a new choice for the progress of human civilization.
