Research On The Dilemma And Path Of Building Service-oriented Public Security Organs

With the continuous development of society and the advancement of serviceoriented government construction,the construction of service-oriented public security organs has become a difficult and important point in the construction of service-oriented government.This paper takes the construction of service-oriented public security organs in C City as the main research object.Through in-depth analysis of the current problems in the construction of service-oriented public security organs,and put forward corresponding optimization measures,it is of great significance to improve the work efficiency and service level of service-oriented public security organs,promote the close contact and good development of police-citizen relations,and further promote the healthy and sustainable development of service-oriented public security organs.At present,the problems existing in the construction of service-oriented public security organs mainly include too broad functions,insufficient police force and fatigue,uneven comprehensive quality of police,and the need to strengthen the coordination ability of departments.The existence of these problems has affected the enthusiasm of the police work,and laid a hidden danger to the development of service-oriented police work and the stability of social security in the jurisdiction.Combined with the new public service theory and the service-oriented government theory,the causes of the problems are analyzed,including the lack of ideological understanding,the lack of scientific management concept,the imperfect system and mechanism construction,and the lack of publicity and coordination ability,which lead to the low work efficiency,the relationship between the police and the people is not close,and the service level is not high.In order to optimize the construction of service-oriented public security organs,this paper puts forward the following suggestions : strengthen the education of purpose consciousness,unify the thought and enhance the understanding;improve the internal institutional settings,reasonable division of labor,clear responsibilities;improve the law enforcement system,refine the assessment and standardize the process;establish an efficient publicity model,innovate ways,and strengthen collaboration;strengthen the construction of the public security team,give preferential treatment to the police,encourage morale and so on.These optimization suggestions will help to improve the work efficiency and service level of service-oriented public security organs,promote the close connection and good development of police-citizen relations,and further promote the healthy and sustainable development of service-oriented public security organs.C City Municipal Public Security Bureau finds a balance between law enforcement and service,integrates law enforcement and service,so as to achieve a win-win situation of police quality and public service.The public security organs should fully realize the importance of service-oriented policing,constantly improve the service awareness and service ability of police personnel,advocate the service concept of convenience,benefiting the people,high quality and high efficiency,actively promote the communication and cooperation between the police and the people,and make greater contributions to social security stability and people ’s living and working in peace and contentment.
