With the continuous advancement of the reform of "delegating regulation and service",the government has intensified its efforts to streamline administration and delegate power,and administrative examination and approval intermediary institutions have become the target of the transfer of government functions.In order to create a standardized and orderly market environment and promote the benign operation of intermediary institutions,various regions began to explore the establishment of "intermediary supermarket" to standardize the service behavior of administrative examination and approval intermediary institutions.At present,domestic scholars’ research on intermediary supermarkets usually expounds the necessity,current situation and countermeasures and suggestions of the construction from the perspective of the government,and rarely involves the actual effect and evaluation of intermediary supermarkets,lacking the evaluation of public satisfaction.Therefore,from the perspective of the public,this paper evaluates the public satisfaction of the intermediary supermarket of administrative examination and approval and analyzes the influencing factors,which is conducive to improving the quality of public services and enhancing the government’s service ability.By combing and analyzing relevant literature on administrative approval intermediary supermarket and public satisfaction at home and abroad,this study draws on traditional customer satisfaction model and information system success model,and combines with the characteristics of administrative approval intermediary supermarket,introduces the variable of supervision and management,which is used as explanatory variable together with information quality,system quality,service quality and perceived value.Taking public satisfaction as the explained variable,the influence mechanism model is established and the corresponding hypothesis is put forward.Then questionnaire was designed to collect research data.SPSS and Amos software were used to analyze the data and model test.The research found that information quality,system quality,service quality,supervision and management and perceived value had a significant positive impact on public satisfaction.According to the research results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for influencing factors in order to further improve public satisfaction and optimize the construction of administrative approval intermediary supermarket.
