Research On Evaluation And Promotion Path Of Fire Safety Management Capability In Secondary Vocational School Based On Combined Weighting-Cloud Model

The Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Enrollment Work of Secondary Vocational Schools in 2021 clearly states that the proportion of secondary vocational education and ordinary high schools should be basically consistent.The Vocational Education Law,revised and implemented in 2022,clearly states that "the state optimizes the education structure,scientifically allocates educational resources,and promotes the coordinated development of vocational education and general education in different stages after compulsory education according to local conditions.The 2023 government work report once again proposed "vigorously developing vocational education".As of the end of 2022,there are a total of 9752 secondary vocational schools(including technical schools)in China,with 17.8461 million students enrolled.Due to various factors such as government funding and the comprehensive abilities of secondary vocational school students,the fire safety of secondary vocational schools faces severe challenges,especially in densely populated areas such as dormitories and canteens.Once a fire occurs,it may cause extremely serious consequences.At present,most of the existing research is focused on higher education institutions,and there is very little research on the fire safety management capabilities and improvement paths of secondary vocational schools.Based on this,this article adopts case study and literature analysis methods,and on the basis of fully investigating the current situation of fire safety management in School A,points out the problems and causes of fire safety management in School A,and constructs a safety management evaluation system for secondary vocational schools.The weights of the indicator system were determined through the subjective weight G1 method and the objective weight entropy weight method.The combined weighting cloud model was used to evaluate and analyze the fire safety management ability and constraints of School A.Based on the analysis results,targeted optimization measures and paths for improving fire safety management capabilities are proposed,including strengthening the control of fire hazards,improving fire safety assurance capabilities,improving the evacuation and escape capabilities of teachers and students,continuously increasing investment,and maintaining intact fire prevention and extinguishing facilities.The results of the paper can provide guidance for the improvement of the fire safety management ability of School A,and provide useful reference for the improvement of fire safety management in other secondary vocational schools.
