| Using red genes to forge the soul and nurture people is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but the actual effect of red gene inheritance among college students still needs to be improved,which requires us to deeply study the mechanism of red gene inheritance among college students and its operation rules,optimize the top-level design and realization path of red gene inheritance,strengthen the synergy of all components,and strive to enhance the effectiveness of red gene inheritance among contemporary college students.Based on the theoretical basis of ideological and political education process theory and law theory,this study analyzes the process method of enhancing the effectiveness of the red gene transmission of contemporary college students,insists on following the law of education,the law of ideological and political work and the law of students’ growth,grasps the ideological characteristics and development needs of college students,improves the relevance of the red gene education work,and innovates and explores the theoretical method of enhancing the effectiveness of the red gene transmission of contemporary college students and practical ways to enhance the effectiveness of red gene transmission among contemporary college students.In essence,the red gene belongs to the field of ideology,and is the advanced spiritual quality and noble value concept gradually formed by the Communist Party of China leading the Chinese people in the process of long-term revolution,construction and reform.In this paper,combining the requirements of the times and society for the development of college students,the essential connotation of the red gene is understood as the unswerving ideal belief,the responsibility of patriotism and strengthening the country,the rational attitude of seeking truth from facts,the sentiment of the people and the innovative spirit of keeping pace with the times.The inheritance of the red gene has important educational values in strengthening ideals and beliefs,cultivating national sentiments,nurturing moral qualities,establishing goals,and stimulating innovation consciousness.The basic objectives of college students’ inheritance of the red gene are reflected in three levels: accurate knowledge of the knowledge and theory of the red gene,profound recognition of the value concept of the red gene and conscious practice of the practical requirements of the red gene.Promoting the inheritance of the red gene among contemporary college students can help solve the problem of who to train people for in terms of educational value,what kind of people to train in terms of educational goals,and how to train people in terms of educational methods.Through a questionnaire survey of students in five different types of colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province,the current situation of red gene transmission among college students is empirically analyzed,and the current situation of red gene transmission among college students is examined in terms of their cognitive identity,conceptual identity and practical identity,revealing that the current situation of college students’ identity of red gene has the dilemma that their words are not sincere,their knowledge and beliefs are disconnected,and their words and actions are inconsistent and their knowledge and actions are separated.It is also attributed to the lack of guidance of red gene educators,the lack of a strong red culture atmosphere in the educational environment,the lack of subjectivity of educated people,and the lack of a sound evaluation and feedback system.Therefore,the goal of improving the effectiveness of red gene transmission among contemporary college students cannot be achieved overnight,but is a systematic project that requires comprehensive optimization of education preparation,information exchange,internalization of values,externalization of concepts and evaluation feedback.The internalization process is the key to the whole operation process,the externalization process is the final goal and destination,and the evaluation and feedback process makes the whole operation process continue in a circular and interlocking manner from a new starting point.The road is long,and I will go up and down to seek for it.It is a great goal and a difficult process to realize the red gene inheritance of college students,but I believe that with the cooperation of red gene educators and inheritors,and with innovative education methods and approaches,this goal will be achieved.As a red gene inheritor,I also sincerely hope that this study will contribute to this goal. |
