Research On The Optimization Countermeasure Of Information Management Of Grassroots Procuratorial Work

Procuratorial information is the main carrier of service decision-making,is a real,quick and brief to the superior department to introduce the work results,reflect the social problems of a powerful way,is to play the decision-making advisory function,provide a powerful carrier of timely countermeasures and suggestions.With the explosive growth of information,leaders’ decision-making needs for procuratorial information are also increasing day by day,and the problems existing in information collection,submission and decision-making transformation of grassroots procuratorial information are also urgent to be paid attention to and dealt with.This paper mainly takes the grassroots procuratorate procuratorial information management as the research object,applies the case study method to carry out the research,analyzes the current problems faced by the grassroots procuratorial information management and their causes,in order to improve the procuratorial information service efficiency and level,and promote scientific decision-making.Taking the procuratorial information management of L District,W City as an example,this paper systematically sorted out the information management of grassroots procuratorial work from the aspects of information collection,reporting,decision-making transformation,information assessment and so on,and analyzed that the current information management of grassroots procuratorial work has four problems: blind spots in information collection,difficulty in guaranteeing timelessness and authenticity,low effectiveness of decision-making transformation,and weak incentive and constraint of assessment.By using the theory of decision-making process and the theory of information asymmetry to analyze the above problems,it is found that the fundamental causes of the above problems are decision-makers’ information screening preference,asymmetry of information between decision-makers and information personnel,poor information sharing and feedback channels,and imperfect supporting incentive system.Then,it puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the information management of grassroots procuratorial departments from four aspects: broadening the information collection channel,optimizing the configuration of procuratorial information personnel,unblocking the information communication feedback path,establishing and improving the information incentive and constraint mechanism.
