Research On Joint Operation Information And Communication Support Talents From The Perspective Of Competency

Since the Chinese armed forces have undergone reforms unprecedented in scale and depth,talents have become more and more important support for our military to achieve the goal of becoming a world-class fighting force.As an important fruit of the continuous exploration of the military talent training mode,the integrated training mode is of great significance to cultivate the "command-led,technology-supported,and technology-integrated" cadets.Under the integrated training mode,the first professional training construction provides essential support for the construction of our new military talents system.How to strengthen the first professional training for cadets in the integrated training mode and constantly improve the quality of our military talents has become an important issue for our military academy.This paper focuses on improving the quality and effectiveness of our military’s integrated training model for cadets.Taking the construction of first professional training as a breakthrough,relying on the theories of professional education construction learnt from other universities and the practical experience gained from the current first professional training,we summarize the characteristics and principles of the first professional training under the integrated training mode by comparing it with the past training modes.Based on the theory of local professional construction,the core elements and index weights of professional construction are obtained through comparative study of literature inside and outside the military,interview and questionnaire survey,and comprehensive data analysis.The problems in the current construction of first professional training are found from four dimensions: personnel training objectives,curriculum system,teaching methods,and training conditions.We propose countermeasures for the first professional training construction from four aspects: top-level design,construction of curriculum system,faculty strength,and guarantee conditions.The valuation standard system of the first professional training construction is constructed and verified,which provides data support for the construction.
