Corruption And Its Governance Study In Grain Purchasing And Sale

Food security is the important foundation of national security,and grain purchase and sale is the key to ensure food security.In recent years,Discipline Inspection and supervision organs at all levels,in conjunction with relevant departments,have carried out a special rectification of corruption in the area of grain purchase and sale,which has achieved considerable results,but the stock of corruption in the area of grain purchase and sale is still existent,there are still many problems,especially lack of supervision,lax law enforcement and so on.It is a long way to go to eradicate the corruption in the field of grain purchase and sale.This study draws on the academic research results,using public management,political science and other related basic theories,analyzes the characteristics and causes of corruption in the area of food sales and purchase in Inner Mongolia.It is found that the prominent features of the corruption in the field of grain purchase and sale are that the“Top leader” takes the lead in the corruption,the frequent occurrence of criminal cases,the hidden means and the difficulty in governance.Based on the analysis of the causes of systemic corruption,this paper proposes to strengthen the investigation and handling of cases,toform a strong deterrent against corruption,to deepen the reform of system and mechanism,and to strengthen the institutional constraints against corruption to strengthen the construction of clean culture in the new era,to carry out targeted warning education,to cultivate the inner consciousness of not wanting to corrupt and other countermeasures and suggestions,and to make suggestions for the effective control of corruption in the field of grain purchase and sale in Inner Mongolia.
