The Construction Of Long-term Care Insurance System In Hohhot City Research On Government Responsibility

As the degree of social aging and the endowment issues become increasingly serious in China,the government of China has gradually paid attention to and strongly established long-term care insurance,so as to handle the issue of "difficult endowment" in China.Long-term care insurance,a new kind of insurance,has been taken by the government seriously,and all sectors of society and common people has attached importance to the establishment and execution of long-term care insurance.As the leader of the establishment and execution of long-term care insurance,the government holds an important position,and bears compelling obligations during the construction of insurance,such as formulating reasonable policies,strengthening supervision and management,and building a professional healthcare team.Therefore,the research on this field is also of great significance.With Hohhot City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,this paper firstly introduces the related concepts and basic application theories of long-term care insurance.Secondly,it analyzes the performance of Hohhot government in the construction of long-term nursing insurance system,and through investigation and research,it finds out the three problems faced by Hohhot government in the construction of long-term nursing insurance system: the low feasibility of system construction,the insufficient supervision and management,and the insufficient operation of maintaining stability,and points out the main reasons behind them.At last,to deal with the performance problems faced by Hohhot government in the construction of long-term nursing insurance system,by drawing on advanced experience at home and abroad,the paper puts forward some optimization suggestions,such as establishing and improving long-term nursing insurance system,strengthening the supervision and management of the system,and ensuring the operation stability of the system through multiple ways.
