In pastoral areas,pasture is the basic guarantee for herdsmen’s production and life,and the rights and interests of pasture are the most concerned and important interests of herdsmen,and also the embodiment of the most fundamental property interests of herdsmen.With the continuous improvement of the economic value of pastures,various disputes over pastureland rights and interests have arisen in pastoral society,among which the number of disputes over the rights and interests of "married women" is increasing.It can be seen from this that the issue of infringement of the rights and interests of "married women" in the pasture deserves our attention,and at a time when the rights and interests of the "married women" pasture are frequently infringed,how to protect the grassland rights and interests of the vulnerable group of "married women" is particularly important.The dispute over the rights and interests of "married women" in pastoral areas is the embodiment of the infringement of rural women’s land rights and interests in rural areas in rural areas in China.In order to seek an effective way to protect the rights and interests of "married women" in pastoral areas,this paper analyzes the typical cases of pastureland disputes in pastoral areas through literature research methods,case study methods and comparative research methods,so as to summarize the problem that the protection of the rights and interests of "married women" pastures in pastoral areas is not in place,and by analyzing the causes of the problems,attempts to propose countermeasures,and strives to solve the problem of infringement of the rights and interests of "married women" in pastures in agricultural and pastoral areas,so as to effectively protect the rights and interests of "married women" in pastures.
