All the time,the CPC has paid attention to the education of party cadres,especially in rural areas,and constantly adjusted with the development of international and domestic situations and the central work.In the early stage of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the political power in rural areas urgently needed to be consolidated,and the rural economy urgently needed to be restored and developed.At the same time,there was a growing negative and lax mindset among rural CPC cadres,and even corruption and crime problems emerged.This urgently required education for rural CPC cadres,so that they could devote themselves to various rural construction undertakings with a full mental state,a high revolutionary fighting spirit,and a pragmatic work style.During this period,through systematic education of rural CPC cadres,their overall quality was improved,the rural economy was rapidly restored and developed,and the party’s ruling position in rural areas was consolidated.The historical experience accumulated in the education of rural CPC cadres still has strong reference significance for the current situation.This study sorts out and analyzes relevant historical literature on the education of rural CPC cadres in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.It conducts a systematic review of the education of rural CPC cadres,deeply analyzes the motivation,content,methods,effectiveness,and shortcomings of the education of rural CPC cadres in the early stage of the founding of New China,and comprehensively summarizes the experiences and lessons learned,in order to provide certain reference and suggestion for the Party to strengthen and improve the education of rural party CPC cadres in the process of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in the new era.Among them,the paper mainly includes the following parts:The first part is the research introduction.Firstly,it discusses the research background,purpose,and significance from both theoretical and practical dimensions.Then it writes research reviews with a problem oriented approach.Finally,it discusses research design and innovation points.The second part reviews the historical exploration of the education of rural party and cadres before the establishment of the People’s Republic of China and analyzes the practical reasons for the education of rural CPC cadres in the early stages of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China.It clarifies the necessity of educating rural party members and cadres from both historical and practical dimensions.The third part restores the specific practice of rural party member and cadre education in the early days of the founding of New China from both content and method.The main content of cadre education includes theoretical education,cultural education,policy education,and production education.The main methods of education include systematically organizing training courses,regularly holding meetings,standardizing the education activities of rural party member branches,and actively promoting the rural party consolidation movement.The fourth part reviews the education process of rural CPC cadres in the early days of the founding of New China,and summarizes the effectiveness and shortcomings of rural party member and cadre education during this period.The fifth part summarizes the historical experience of the education of rural CPC cadres in the early days of the founding of New China and provides certain reference and reference for the Party to strengthen and improve the education of rural CPC cadres in the process of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in the new era.
