Rural Grass-roots Governance In Nan Xing Town Of Lei Zhou City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The countryside is the foundation of the country’s lasting peace and stability.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a strategy of rural revitalization,which has been a decisive success in constructing a prosperous society in all areas.This is a major milestone in the development of a modern socialist nation and the consolidation of three agricultural sectors in this new era.To ensure social harmony and stability in rural areas is the cornerstone and essential assurance for constructing a moderately prosperous society.The reform and opening up of rural grass-roots governance has been a key factor in the formation of national governance.This process has been conducted in a methodical way,and the reform of grass-roots governance has yielded positive outcomes.The contradiction between the ever-increasing demand for a better life and the lack of balance and adequacy of development has become more apparent in the wake of the swift economic and social progress,thus posing fresh difficulties to rural grassroots governance in this new age.Urgently,countermeasures should be formulated to address the quandary of rural grass-roots governance in light of rural revitalization strategy.Exploring the practical issues of rural grass-roots governance in Nanxing Town,Leizhou City,this paper provides targeted suggestions to address the current predicament and enhance the current state of such governance,thereby having a significant practical effect on rural revitalization.After in-depth investigation,we learned that the rural grassroots governance in Nanxing Town has been promoted by rural revitalization.To this end,we have taken various measures,including providing questionnaires to local residents and visiting the site in person.We have also adopted database technology to better assess the reliability of these measures.We have also taken a series of measures to better grasp the social situation in Nanxing Town and promote social stability.We will also continue to explore in depth how to better promote the socio-economic development of Nanxing Town and improve the overall well-being of the society.The problems existing in rural grassroots governance in Nanxing Town,Leizhou City,in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,were analyzed,and the reasons for the problems in rural grassroots governance were analyzed from the aspects of insufficient awareness of villagers and cadres in governance,imperfect relevant laws and regulations,serious population loss and low participation in social organization governance.Through empirical analysis,this paper summarizes the advanced experience of grassroots governance at home and abroad,and proposes five improvement measures: First,clarify the responsibilities of all governance entities and establish a sound rural grassroots governance system;Second,strengthen the team building of grassroots governance subjects;Finally,strengthen the cultivation of grassroots governance talents;Finally,actively promote the development of the rural collective economy.
