| Strengthening and innovating social governance is an important task of social construction in the new era.With the development of information technology represented by digital interconnection technology,my country’s community governance has formed a digitalization oriented by consultation and co-governance in the process of continuous practice and exploration.Governance model,the main body of community governance is diversified,the handling of community problems is coordinated,and the data of community governance is digitized.At the same time,the rapid advancement of urbanization in my country has made the scale of communities larger and larger,and the types and numbers of community problems have increased sharply and become more complex,which higher requirements are put forward for the efficiency of community problem handling.Most of the existing community governance data management methods adopt the centralized management of the central database.There are data security issues such as data abuse,leakage,and tampering.It is difficult to ensure the credibility,effective sharing,and effective traceability of data.Blockchain technology can solve the above data security issues.However,in the process of dealing with community problems,multi-subject collaboration also has the disadvantage that the responsible parties participating in governance are not very enthusiastic,and even push each other,which seriously affects the efficiency and effectiveness of community problem handling.In addition,when the blockchain faces a large amount of concurrent data in large-scale community digital governance scenarios,the existing consensus algorithm cannot provide high data response efficiency.In response to the above problems,this paper studies the community digital governance technology based on blockchain and distributed autonomous organizations based on the needs of actual community digital governance scenarios.On the basis of data security management,data traceability and sharing,distributed autonomous organization(DAO)and the optimization of the blockchain consensus algorithm provide an effective incentive mechanism and higher consensus efficiency.The main work and innovation points of the thesis research are as follows:1.Constructed a community digital governance framework based on blockchain and distributed autonomous organizations,using blockchain to manage the data information of community digital governance,to achieve data security,sharing,and traceability.An example of this framework is verified in a real community scenario.2.A community digital governance model based on blockchain and distributed autonomous organization is proposed.By constructing a smart contract and incentive model based on distributed autonomous organization model,and designing a governance process based on blockchain and distributed autonomous organization model,it can improve.The initiative of multiple subjects to take part in community governance.3.A PBFT optimization algorithm is proposed,it based on community contribution and the entire consensus work is divided into three stages according to the distinction of community user identities and work contribution differences.Reduce the communication cost of consensus,optimize the throughput and consensus delay of blockchain.Provide higher concurrency and response speed for community digital governance. |
