Study On The Poverty Governance Thought Of The Communist Party Of China(1978-2012)

Since the reform and opening up,the achievements of China’s poverty governance have attracted worldwide attention,forming a poverty governance ideology with Chinese characteristics,and embarking on a Chinese style path of poverty governance.Resolving poverty is an important task for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,as well as the essence of building a modern and powerful country.The achievements in poverty governance since the reform and opening up cannot be separated from the leadership of the CPC.Under the leadership of the CPC,absolute poverty has been eliminated,bringing sufficient experience to poverty governance in the new era,providing other countries with a sample of Chinese style poverty governance,and promoting the development of global poverty governance.This paper takes the CPC’s poverty governance thought from 1978 to 2012 as the research object,and systematically studies the CPC’s poverty governance thought from the aspects of cultural foundation,theoretical origin,main content,era value and practical enlightenment.First,it analyzes the cultural foundation and theoretical origin of the CPC’s poverty governance thought from 1978 to 2012.The cultural foundation of the CPC’s poverty governance thought includes the Confucian people-oriented thought and the Mohist universal love thought;The theoretical sources include the Marxist poverty governance thought and the CPC’s poverty governance thought before the reform and opening up.Secondly,it analyzes the content of the poverty governance thought of the CPC in 1978-1994,1994-2001 and2001-2012.The main contents of the CPC’s thought on poverty governance from 1978 to1994 include that poverty is not socialism,we should first solve rural problems from China’s reality,use development methods to get rid of poverty,and build a well-off family;The main contents of the CPC’s poverty governance thought from 1994 to 2001 include the idea that poverty is a major political issue,that there is no well-off society for the people of the whole country without the well-off society of farmers,and that we should continue to promote development oriented poverty alleviation;The main content of the poverty governance thought of the CPC from 2001 to 2012 includes the idea that poverty alleviation and development is an important part of building a socialist harmonious society,without rural harmony,there can be no harmony in the whole society,and the idea of mobilizing social forces to participate in poverty alleviation.Finally,it analyzes the era value and practical enlightenment of the CPC’s poverty governance thought from 1978 to 2012.In terms of the value of the times,the theoretical value enriches the Marxist poverty governance ideology with Chinese characteristics;The practical value provides an action guide for poverty governance since the reform and opening up;The world contribution is under the guidance of the poverty governance thought of the CPC.China has made outstanding achievements in poverty governance and made significant contributions to the cause of poverty governance in the world.In terms of practical inspiration,we should adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the Party in poverty governance work,uphold the people-oriented concept of poverty governance,adhere to the participation of multiple entities in poverty governance,and adhere to the close combination of macro and micro strategies.
