Researh On The Practice And Experience Of Poverty Governance Of The Communist Party Of China Since The 18th National Congress

Poverty is a stubborn disease of human society,and the elimination of poverty is a major issue facing the contemporary world.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the government have taken the elimination of absolute poverty and the pursuit of common prosperity as their mission and goal,led the Chinese people to actively explore the issue of poverty control,organized and implemented the largest,strongest and most populous anti-poverty campaign in history,and took many original measures to finally put absolute poverty into history,It has also opened a new chapter in the governance of relative poverty and accumulated a wealth of theoretical and practical experience.Standing at the new historical starting point of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,this paper reviews,combs and traces the development process of the Communist Party of China’s poverty control since the 18th National Congress,summarizes the main measures implemented and the brilliant achievements made,so as to summarize and publicize the successful experience of the Communist Party of China’s poverty control since the 18th National Congress.Through this series of studies,we can not only provide useful reference for the current governance of relative poverty,the comprehensive and in-depth promotion of Rural Revitalization and the realization of common prosperity in the future,but also have great significance in telling the Chinese story,contributing Chinese wisdom and promoting the world’s poverty reduction.This paper takes the poverty governance of the Communist Party of China since the 18th National Congress as the research object,which is composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovations;The second part systematically introduces the background of the Communist Party of China’s poverty governance since the 18th National Congress on the basis of clarifying the theory of the Communist Party of China’s poverty governance since the 18th National Congress;The fourth part,on the premise of combing and summarizing the main measures taken by the Communist Party of China since the 18th National Congress,scientifically analyzes the brilliant achievements made by the Communist Party of China since the 18th National Congress;The fifth part summarizes and discusses the successful experience of the Communist Party of China in poverty governance since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China from the aspects of the party’s leadership,taking the people as the center,concentrating on major issues,the strategy of targeted poverty alleviation,the spirit of poverty alleviation,and hopes to continue to inherit and carry forward the typical experience of poverty governance in the subsequent process of relative poverty governance.
