The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the issues of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and then makes important arrangements for the work of agriculture, rural areas and farmers-the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. In March 2023,the National Two Sessions mentioned the rural revitalization strategy again, emphasizing the need to consolidate the great victory of poverty alleviation and do a good job in the supply of public services in rural areas. In recent years, according to the local situation, south Zhejiang region adopts the mode of “multi-village one community”to establish new rural communities, which effectively solves the problems such as the weakening of the administrative function of natural villages and the imbalance of resources overall planning. However, these new rural communities still have drawbacks in the provision of public services. In order to better solve the problem, the author carefully analyzes domestic and foreign literature and summarizes and extracts the views of scholars: It is necessary to improve the diversified public service supply subjects, explore new supply financing channels, and fully consider the needs of the masses in supply decision-making,but it is also found that scholars have not considered the role of villagers and chambers of commerce in the supply process, the impact of the “Wenzhou model”,which is characteristic regional economic model, and the impact of community workers on supply.Based on the above considerations, this paper adopts public choice theory,multi-center governance theory and other theories, and takes Jinjiayang community of Qianku Town as the research object. After all,it is highly consistent with most new rural communities in southern Zhejiang in the process of public service supply. It actually visits the community, learns the current situation of the community, sorts out 8 specific contents of supply, and summarizes the specific results of supply work.At the same time, literature reading, questionnaire survey, interview and other methods are adopted to investigate the relationship between community supply and demand, the current situation of staff, and the satisfaction of the masses on community supply, etc. At the same time, relevant data of Wenzhou city are consulted, and the existing problems are summarized on this basis. The specific manifestations are: the supply capacity of public services needs to be improved, the supply of public services lacks professional talents, the main body of community donors is single, and the supply of public services is insufficient.Analysis of the reasons: the government public service supply decision-making mechanism is not perfect;Lack of specialized talent team construction;Lack of multiple supply main body to participate in the governance mechanism; The financial rationalization of public service provision is lacking. As Jinjiayang community is a typical representative of Wenzhou area, the cause of the problem exists in most communities in our country, which lays a foundation for the study of public service supply countermeasures in new rural communities in our country. Finally, the author draws on the advanced experience of new rural communities in China and puts forward some suggestions on this basis. The suggestions mainly include: first, improve the decision-making mechanism of precise supply of government public services;Second, strengthen the construction of community public service supply team in a targeted manner;Third, construct and improve the mechanism of multiple supply of public services;Fourth, improve the financing mechanism for the supply of public services.Based on the study of Jinjiayang community,it not only helps to optimize the public service supply mechanism of new rural communities in southern Zhejiang, but also provides valuable reference experience for new rural communities in the country in the supply of public services.
