| Under the background of the continuous integration of urban and rural development,the traditional rural community malpractice gradually emerged,the current level of public service,public service quality and public service mode can not meet the needs of residents.The new-type rural community is a powerful practice to move from rural community to urban community,to eliminate the gap between urban and rural areas,to break the barriers of urban and rural resource elements,so as to improve the rural features and change the backward status quo,the research on the countermeasures of improving the public service ability of the new rural community is beneficial to promote the construction of the new rural community and meet the increasing needs of the residents for a better life.Based on nine typical cases of rural public service improvement,this paper uses NVivo qualitative analysis software to analyze the core factors of new rural community public service capacity improvement,three core elements of the new rural community public service promotion are extracted: supply ability,decision-making ability and management ability.At the same time,combined with the case of the new rural community public service capacity improvement in atypical areas,the Panlong community in Liangqing District of Nanning city was investigated on the spot.Based on 40 interview materials,NVivo qualitative software was used to analyze the core elements,and the extracted core elements were verified by case study.Finally,the core elements of the new rural community public service capacity promotion were obtained.Therefore,this article according to the new rural community public service capacity problems and causes,combined with the domestic public service capacity to promote community development examples,put forward the countermeasures to improve the public service ability of the new rural community in order to build a fair order,multi-participation and co-ordinate urban-rural relations and innovative ways and mechanisms,further complement and improve the new rural community public service capacity of theoretical research. |
