Research On The Optimization Of The Party And Government Affairs Services Handle Through One Platform In Wenzhou

In the digital age,e-government have leveraged on the reform,and the government services handle through one platform has been rolled out in an all-round way.Continuous optimization of the Party and government affairs services is the source of satisfaction for the masses,however,negative factors such as multiple runs,multiple stops for one thing,long time,many links,and troublesome signing still seriously restrict the improvement of the service efficiency of the agency.Therefore,the party and government organs must improve core service capabilities as well as government service efficiency,and promote the realization of modern governance,to improve cohesion,service,and combat effectiveness for the main purpose “Seek happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation”.This paper systematically analyzes the background,research status,difficulties and innovations of the optimization of the Party and government affairs services handle through one platform in wenzhou by means of literature research,case analysis and survey method,and elaborates the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.It focuses on the combination of digitization of government affairs services within the agency,and reform through business sorting,process optimization,business collaboration,and system integration.It is a process from qualitative to quantitative,from vague to precise,a transition from technical rationality to institutional rationality,from point breakthrough to comprehensive breakthrough,and from traditional governance to modern governance.Combined with work experience,this paper briefly introduces the situation,path and effects of the handle through one platform for the party and government affairs services of Wenzhou government.Meanwhile this paper deeply analyzed of the existing problems and deep causes of the handle through one platform of the party and government services of Wenzhou government.There are four main problems: first,incomplete online government affairs;second,the government process is not smooth;third,the active rate of online platforms is not high;last but not least,frequent information security incidents.After in-depth analysis and sorting out the reasons,on the basis of drawing on relevant experience at home and abroad,the targeted optimization countermeasures are discussed: first,solid sorting out government affairs;second,deeply promote the optimization and coordination of government affairs;third,continuously optimize the promotion system platform;last but not least,build a strong line of defense for information security management.It is hoped that it can provide a reference for the optimization of the handle through one platform for the party and government affairs services of Wenzhou and other regions.
