| At a time of increasing information technology development,the tax service channels tend to be electronic and informationized.Electronic tax platform is one of the important ways to realize taxpayer business.In the process of increasing richness and optimization of electronic tax platform,one most important function of the Tax Authorities is the tax payment service.In the context of vigorously promoting online tax processing and striving to carry out tax-related activities "at any time" without leaving the house,"contactless" tax management has become the primary means by which taxpayers deal with tax-related businesses.Thus,continuous improvement of the quality of E-tax Payment Service is of great importance to improve the satisfaction of taxpayers.This paper took the E-tax System of Q County in Y city as the research object,used the questionnaire to conduct a field survey of the status quo of Q County E-tax Service Quality,and obtained the first-hand information of the E-tax Service Quality in Q County.SPSS22.0statistical software was used to process the survey data,revealing six defects of the tax service quality of the Electronic Tax System in Q County: poor experience of the electronic tax system;insufficient data security;slow feedback of tax consultation;low efficiency of electronic tax handling;more system and equipment failures;and poor effect of publicity and counseling.Based on the New Public Service Theory and combined with the actual tax payment service quality of the Electronic Tax System in Q County,six reasons affecting the tax payment service quality are traced out: insufficient electronic tax performance;lack of information security concept;lack of talent team construction;insufficient information sharing of departments;lack of late maintenance and poor penetration of publicity and guidance.Based on this,the paper advanced countermeasures and corresponding suggestions such as improving the performance of E-taxes;cultivating the concept of information security;strengthening the E-tax Team;enhancing the interconnection of information;outsourcing operation and maintenance services;optimizing the effectiveness of advertising and counseling in order to improve the quality of the tax payment service of the Online Tax System of Q County in Y city. |
