Research On Accurate Supply Of Public Legal Services

Public legal service plays an important role in the government’s public function,which is related to the people’s livelihood.Furthermore,it is the basic guarantee and comprehensive service for the public to safeguard their legitimate rights and resolve social conflicts.The quality and precision of public legal service supply directly affect the public’s recognition of the law and the process of a law-based society.On the one hand,the supply of public legal services has a strong legal professionalism,which has led to the inability to fully meet social needs only by the government.With the continuous development of society and the acceleration of urbanization,especially in recent years,various counties and districts have implemented house demolition and comfortable housing projects,the rural residents have moved to live in counties,resulting in constant changes in their production methods and lifestyles.In this way,the social conflicts arising during this period are also characterized by complexity and diversification.Meanwhile,the public’s demand for public legal services is also increasing.The traditional extensive public legal services provided by the government alone can no longer meet the needs of social development.For this reason,it is necessary to coordinate resources from all walks of life and make use of the advantages of the market to allocate resources for reasonable allocation and precise supply.This article comprehensively uses the new public service theory,refined management theory and multi-center governance theory to research and explain the concept of accurate supply of public legal services and how to evaluate them.Data acquisition and research materials,analysis of the specific situation and actual effect of the accurate supply of public legal services in County F,and analysis from four perspectives: demand collection,supply plan,supply implementation and supply management,found that F County is in the precise supply of public legal services There are a series of problems such as insufficient mining capacity of social public legal service demand,insufficient precision and depth of public legal service supply plan,relatively extensive implementation of public legal service supply,and ineffective public legal service supply feedback.After research and analysis,the following reasons were found: first,the demand for social public legal services presents a certain complexity;second,there is a lack of scientific planning and implementation plans;third,the subjective initiative of personnel providing public legal services is insufficient;fourth,the management of local government departments lack of ability.Based on the analysis of the above four reasons,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures from the following four aspects: one is to solve practical problems based on demand,the other is to strengthen the scientific supply capacity of local government departments,and the third is to deepen the platform construction The fourth is to improve the level of refined management in terms of management.
