Research On The Protection Of Law Enforcement Rights And Interests Of XuZhou Traffic Police

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,road mileage and vehicle ownership continue to rise,the traffic problem has become the focus of the people’s attention.The traffic police department of the public security organ undertakes the important mission of ensuring the safe travel of the people,and it should face great challenges while making great contributions.In recent years,in the process of performing their duties in accordance with the law,various incidents of violence against the police,online humiliation of the police,malicious complaints and subsequent retaliation occur frequently,which not only seriously infringe on the traffic police’s law enforcement rights and interests,but also damage the traffic police’s physical and mental health and the people’s vital interests,There is a lack of special research on the protection of traffic police’s law enforcement rights and interests in academic circles.Although local governments and public security organs have established police rights protection agencies,they generally do not systematically study the characteristics and prevention points of infringement cases,resulting in the phenomenon of adverse prevention,incomplete prevention,inaccurate disposal and ineffective attack in work,which makes it difficult to effectively protect traffic police’s law enforcement rights and interests.Based on the above background,this study takes the traffic police’s law enforcement rights and interests of Xuzhou public security organs as the research object,through the methods of literature research,case analysis and comparative research,makes a detailed analysis of the achievements and problems in the protection of the traffic police’s law enforcement rights and interests in Xuzhou at the present stage,and sorts out the main causes of the infringement of the traffic police’s law enforcement rights and interests in Xuzhou.At the same time,by referring to other cities and overseas police law enforcement rights and interests protection situation,this study puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to protect traffic police law enforcement rights and interests in perfecting relevant laws and regulations,strengthening the internal security of public security organs,improving the traffic police law enforcement level,and improving the external law enforcement environment,in order to solve the problem of the infringement of the traffic police’s law enforcement rights and interests,and protect the legitimate law enforcement rights and interests of the traffic police.
