On The Legislative Protection Of The Grand Canal’s Material And Cultural Heritage

The Grand Canal is the link of the country’s foreign economic and cultural exchanges,and is of great significance to the guarantee of national unity and cultural integration.The Grand Canal has a history of thousands of years,from north to south,flowing through many cities in our country,and formed a unique cultural heritage,which is still playing an important role in our society.However,with the development of economy and the construction of urbanization,the living environment of material and cultural heritage has been squeezed,and there are many problems,such as destruction,excessive development and utilization,insufficient attention from the society and insufficient protection.These problems are mainly caused by the defects in the legislative protection of canal heritage in China.In this paper,the canal material cultural heritage legislation protection in China,on the basis of the current our country related laws and regulations to protect the canal material cultural heritage,to analyze its sorting,summary of common experience that exist in the canal heritage protection work,and found that the defects of legislation,to perfect the canal material culture heritage protection legislation put forward pertinence suggestion.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which includes the current research status of the canal heritage at home and abroad,the significance and innovation of this study,as well as the research content and ideas of this paper.The second chapter is the canal cultural heritage related theory of matter,first introduces the definition of cultural heritage in our country,secondly introduces the definition and scope of the material culture heritage,value,and on this basis,raises the canal material cultural heritage of the connotation,features and related theory,finally the canal heritage legislation present situation and the practice of the status quo,It highlights the necessity of legislative protection of the canal heritage.The third chapter is to draw lessons from the successful experience of the canal heritage legislation protection of foreign canal countries and the legislative experience of the canal management of cities along the canal in China.The fourth chapter concretely analyzes the problems existing in the legislative protection of the canal heritage in China.The main problems are the imperfection of the legislative system,the lack of the supporting system of the legislative protection of the canal heritage,and the imperfect content of the legislation.In the last chapter,some suggestions are put forward to improve the problems existing in the legislative protection of the canal heritage in China.Including the construction and improvement of the Grand Canal material cultural heritage legislation protection system;Perfect the supporting facilities of the legislation on the protection of the material and cultural heritage of the Grand Canal.
