| In recent years,a large number of apartments for migrant workers have been built all over the country,which has solved the problem of housing security for the floating population to a certain extent.It’s undeniable that there exists potential fire safety hazards in these apartments,major fire accidents have occurred in some apartments at home and abroad,this sounded the alarm for us.Therefore,many urgent and necessary problems need to be solved by the government departments at all levels,such as scientific and systematic evaluation on the fire safety situation of these apartments,suggestions on fire prevention,hierarchical risk control on hidden fire,and the safety security of life and property of the apartment residents.This paper gives a comprehensive description on the latest developments and application results of building fire safety assessment at home and abroad.Take Tianjin Economic-technological Development Area(TEDA for short)as an example,where located the most apartments across the country.Through combining the theory of public administration with the practice of fire safety administration in apartment,regarding the characteristics of the design and distribution of apartment buildings,qualitatively identifying the fire risk of apartment with the safety check list,constructing the fire safety assessment model with the analytic hierarchy process,quantitatively analyzed the fire safety assessment index system of the blue-and-white-collar apartments.Taking an apartment project in TEDA as an example,this paper made an empirical study on the system,and gave targeted improvement suggestions for the fire-fighting facilities,fire safety administration,building fire prevention and safety evacuation of the apartment,effectively improved the fire prevention and fire fighting and rescue level of the apartment,and also provided a useful reference for the fire safety administration of apartment building projects in the same industry... |
