Research On The Cultivation Of Political Identity Of Young Students In Colleges And Universities In Yan’an Period

Political identity is one of the manifestations of citizens’ political attitudes.It is a phenomenon in which individuals recognize and accept the political system in their political life,and consciously use the operating rules of the political system to restrict individual political behavior.Young students are the future and hope of the country’s development,and their identification with the country’s political system is closely related to the country’s political stability.During the construction of the political system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Yan’an period was undoubtedly a highlight.Since the Opium War,the domestic political situation has been turbulent,foreign aggression has attacked national self-confidence,and the decadent rule has left the national political identity in a vacuum for a long time,looking forward to the emergence of new democratic political authority.After the Communist Party of China took root in northern Shaanxi,it broke through the bottleneck of ideological construction and organizational development within the Party,established colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation and leadership of young students,successfully completed the tasks of the democratic revolution,actively promoted the construction of new democracy,and realized that young students are under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Highly recognized by the new democratic political system.During the Yan’an period,the Chinese Communist Party led the border areas to establish the China Anti-Japanese Military and Political University,Northern Shaanxi Public School,Luxun Art Institute,and Yan’an University as the main positions for cultivating the political identity of young students.Taking these four representative universities as examples,they carried out a series of concrete practices in the cultivation of young students’ political identity from the four dimensions of political entity identity,political efficiency identity,political norm identity and political value identity.First of all,based on the belonging and development of young students,actively promote the belonging of young students to the Chinese nation and the pursuit of the Communist Party of China;secondly,carry out a wide range of revolution and construction practices to enable young students to gain a sense of accomplishment in participating in revolutionary movements and social construction,To recognize the political effectiveness of the construction of the Communist Party of China’s new democracy;again,to strengthen the sense of discipline of young students through democratic management in colleges and universities,so that young students can establish the principle of democratic centralism in which the minority obey the majority,and strengthen their recognition of the new democratic political norms;finally,Infiltrate Marxist values into the study and life of colleges and universities,so that young students develop socialist spiritual qualities such as seeking truth from facts,respecting labor,working hard,serving the people,and loving the collective,deepening their recognition of Marxist values,and forming young students’ recognition of the Communist Party of China The recognition and follow-up of the new democratic political system under the leadership.In the final analysis,during the Yan’an period,colleges and universities gave full play to the role of interest induction mechanism,political participation mechanism,performance inspection mechanism and social reference mechanism to strengthen the political identity of young students.Colleges and universities focus on the development demands of young students dedicating themselves to the revolutionary cause,and through theoretical education and social practice to improve the political literacy of young students,promote the process of political socialization of young students,and make young students’ personal growth and talents closely integrate with the development and growth of the border areas.At the same time,they actively play the role of role models in the school,enhance the political sentiment of young students,strengthen their ownership and recognition of the political system under the leadership of the Communist Party,and provide a reference for the cultivation of contemporary college students’ political identity.
