Alumni of universities are a product of higher education and an important resource easily accessible to universities.Alumni play an irreplaceable role in the process of promoting all-staff,whole-process and all-round education in universities and become one of the main means to realize the coordinated and integrated development of in-school education and off-campus training,and occupy an important seat in the management system of higher education.At present,most of the researches on the development of alumni resources in universities adopt qualitative research methods,which can not fully and truly understand the factors affecting the development of alumni resources and the extent of their impact.We deeply explore the influencing factors of alumni resources development in universities and the degree of influence of each factor through empirical research methods,and put forward targeted promotion measures,and further enrich the research methods and research ideas of alumni resources development at the academic level,promote universities to make the role of human resources and social resources of alumni better played,and promote the all-staff,whole-process and all-round education in universities,and improve the management level of higher education in universities at the practical level.This paper takes college alumni as the research object,studies the influencing factors and promoting countermeasures of the development of alumni resources in universities with the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical research.First of all,it reviews the literature of alumni resources,and introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis of alumni of universities and alumni resources.Secondly,we used the quantitative analysis method to build a model of alumni resource development in universities and put forward research assumptions through combing and summarizing the literatures,communicating with alumni and alumni staff of other colleges and universities.We designed the questionnaire and carried it out and the five impact factors of alumni’s personal situation,school support and service,development and construction of alumni association,alumni’s emotion and alumni identification and the realization of alumni’s value are obtained through descriptive statistics,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Then This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing support to improve the service level,standardizing and promoting the construction of alumni associations and other platforms to enhance alumni contacts,formulating multi-channel alumni information mining and multi-level alumni resource development strategies,strengthening alumni’s feelings towards their alma mater,and broadening the channels for realizing alumni’s values to help promote the all-staff,whole-process and all-round education in universities.
