In the interior, macro-economy and relations of industry were analyzed. Then, conclusion is made that level of Urbanization and Per Capital Annual Income of Residents is drive for growth of Total business revenue of telecommunication; telecommunication services is close to Primary industry; Per Capital Annual Net Income of Rural Residents is more important than Per Capital Annual Disposable Income of Urban Households for growth of telecommunication services. As far as it goes, growth of Total business revenue of telecommunication haven' t depended on investment, makeup of business is more dynamical, it showed diversiform and perfect services are key for telecommunication industry.The original point of the paper is using different methods to analyze issue from several points of views, and then it made a new conclusion.
