Research On Optimization Of Land Supply Policy For Elderly Care Service Facilities In Fuzhou

China’s economy has entered a new stage of development,and at the same time,an aging society has followed.The aging society is coming in a hurry,and the problem of old-age care has become the focus of the society.However,the existing old-age service institutions cannot provide enough old-age services to meet the needs,which highlights the insufficient development of old-age service facilities in my country.But the main problem is the insufficient supply of land for elderly care facilities.At present,my country’s elderly service industry is still in its infancy.How to further expand the supply of land for elderly service facilities is to solve the problem of land supply policy for elderly service facilities.The stability of supply is important for the healthy and sustainable development of the elderly service industry.to a vital role.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimization measures of land supply policy for elderly service facilities in Fuzhou.On the basis of summarizing the land supply policy for old-age service facilities in my country,this paper adopts a variety of research methods such as literature analysis,empirical analysis,and survey analysis to analyze the current situation of the land supply policy for old-age service facilities in Fuzhou City.Achievements in supporting land supply for elderly care facilities.While achieving results,it also pointed out that there are different degrees of problems in planning,land transfer policies,the transformation and construction of old-age service facilities,and the supervision of old-age land.These problems more or less restrict the high-quality development of Fuzhou’s old-age industry,and there are political,economic,social,cultural and other reasons behind the problem.Based on the problems found in the early stage,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and draws conclusions and suggestions: Under the current policy conditions,the supply of land for elderly service facilities should be paid attention to in accordance with the principle of combination of dredging and blocking,and the supply of land should be avoided as much as possible in the process of supply.Use it for other purposes,and ensure that the land is dedicated.Government departments should adhere to the guidance of planning,grasp the basic theorem of zoning and classification according to the actual situation,and then build a corresponding system of elderly care service facilities,refer to the national land space planning that is being prepared,strengthen the implementation of elderly care facilities,and actively develop existing stock land.Only when collective land enters the city for elderly care facilities can the supply of elderly care facilities be increased from the source.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen land use approval and post-approval supervision,clarify the supervision methods and punishment measures of law enforcement departments,and improve the procedural regulations for urban elderly care land.Through these measures,the loopholes in Fuzhou’s policy on land supply for elderly service facilities will be improved as much as possible,and a reliable guarantee will be provided for the further development of the elderly service industry.
