Study On Strategies Of Preventing "Color Revolution" In Russia

Since the end of the Cold War,a series of “color revolutions” have broken out in Central Asia,West Asia,Eastern Europe and other regions.Behind the outbreak of “color revolution”,Western powers,led by the United States,intervened everywhere.They support the opposition through personnel training,material aid and other means,trying to achieve political change in relevant countries through non-violent means,and promote the further spread of Western-style democracy.However,the “color revolution” in some countries did not promote the political development of the country,but triggered the domestic political turmoil,threatens regional security and world peace.Russia has long been the object of “color revolution” instigated by Western countries.As early as the Cold War,the Western camp exerted influence on the Soviet Union,Eastern Europe and other countries in various forms,trying to promote peaceful evolution and collapse the socialist camp.After the end of the Cold War,in order to prevent the revival of Russia,the Western countries put further pressure on it and tried to overthrow the existing state regime.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part explains the connotation and essence of color revolution,and then reveals the evolution of color revolution from the historical perspective,and analyzes the cognition of “color revolution” in Russia.The second part analyzes the specific measures to prevent “color revolution” in Russia from five aspects: strengthening the internal governance of the country,paying attention to the education and guidance of the youth group,ensuring the information security and strengthening the external publicity,seeking cooperation between countries,strengthening the military response ability,and analyzes its strategy characteristic.The third part,on the basis of evaluating the gains and losses of Russia’s strategy,forms the enlightenment for China,emphasizing that China should pay attention to strengthen the construction of ideological security,constantly improve the party’s ruling ability,and coordinate the external security and internal security.
