| “The ideological and political course is a key course to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and the key to running the ideological and political course well lies with the teachers.” Due to the impact of the traditional school system,the tasks and priorities undertaken by the ideological and political course teachers at different school stages are different,resulting in school block in the process of ideological and political education and teaching,resulting in drawbacks such as poor communication and communication among the ideological and political course teachers at different school stages,and weak teamwork in educating people.To further improve the integrated,continuous and collaborative education mechanism for cultivating morality and cultivating talents,keep teaching content up with the pace of the new era,and fulfill the mission of imparting knowledge,cultivating value systems,and shaping new people in the era are currently urgent issues to be addressed.The main structure is divided into four chapters.The first chapter analyzes the research background,significance,research status,research methods,innovations,and shortcomings of collaborative education of ideological and political teachers in universities,middle schools,and primary schools.The second chapter,based on the background of the construction of ideological and political integration,elaborates the basic concepts of ideological and political teachers in universities,middle schools,and primary schools.It comprehensively utilizes relevant theories such as Marxist classical writer theory,ideological and political education process law theory,human ideological and moral formation and development law theory,synergy theory,and collaborative innovation theory to clarify the role positioning of ideological and political teachers and the basic connotation and characteristics of collaborative education mechanism.The third chapter,based on empirical quantitative data and in-depth case interviews,elaborates on the relevant issues existing in the collaborative education work of ideological and political teachers at various school stages: weak awareness of collaborative education among ideological and political teachers,less participation in cross school communication and interaction,low enthusiasm for cross school communication,and weak sense of atmosphere in collaborative education.The specific reasons for the problems are analyzed.The fourth chapter aims to explore specific ways to effectively strengthen the construction of collaborative education mechanisms for ideological and political teachers in universities,middle schools,and primary schools: enhancing awareness,improving mechanisms,establishing platforms,and optimizing the environment.Such cooperation not only enables ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools to achieve different levels of professional growth,but also benefits university teachers greatly.It is a win-win and win-win process. |
