In the new era,labor education and ideological and political education are both indispensable components of our country’s higher education personnel training system.It is of great significance to bring them into the whole process of college students’ training and carry out deep integration and coordinated education,so as to fully implement the educational policy of "five educations simultaneously" and jointly implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue.Although labor education and ideological and political education are different in status and function,they are intrinsically related in educational objectives,educational contents and educational methods.Therefore,labor education and ideological and political education rely on labor education courses and ideological and political theory courses respectively,and it is essential to educate people in a two-way infiltration and coordination based on curriculum construction.First of all,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the curriculum construction of ideological and political theory courses infiltrating labor education in colleges and universities from four aspects: lack of labor literacy,insufficient labor education content,outdated education methods and scattered assessment mechanism.Correspondingly,from four aspects: improving teachers’ labor quality,excavating labor education content,innovating labor education methods and perfecting supervision and evaluation mechanism,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the dilemma of curriculum construction of ideological and political theory courses infiltrating labor education in colleges and universities.Secondly,from four aspects: the problems existing in the teaching staff of labor courses in colleges and universities,the one-sided and outdated teaching contents,the single teaching methods and the lack of assessment mechanism,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the curriculum construction of ideological and political education in labor education courses in colleges and universities.Correspondingly,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the dilemma of ideological and political education in labor education courses in colleges and universities from four aspects: strengthening the construction of teachers,improving the systematicness and innovation of teaching contents,enriching teaching methods and establishing assessment mechanism.The curriculum construction of collaborative education between labor education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities is not only a theoretical problem,which needs to promote theoretical innovation,but also a practical problem,which must promote practical exploration.In the process of collision between theory and practice,the organic integration of the two is realized,and a benign interaction is formed.
