Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Urban Integration Of Rural Elderly People In The Background Of Urbanization

More than 40 years of reform and opening up has made the urban economy booming and the urbanization process accelerating.More and more young people in rural areas are attracted by the diversified development direction of cities and live in the cities.Therefore,the elderly in rural areas also move to the cities with their children for the reasons of helping their children take care of their children and supporting their children.The number of rural old people is gradually increasing,but the differences between rural and urban fields,the differences of rural old people themselves,different economic levels and other reasons hinder their urban integration process,affect the acceptance of the elderly to the city,and more seriously affect the physical and mental health of the elderly and social harmony.From the perspective of urbanization,this paper investigates the rural accompanying elderly in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province,and makes a statistical analysis after summary,so as to deeply understand the current situation of urban integration of rural accompanying elderly.First of all,this paper focuses on the analysis of the dual significance brought by the urban integration of the rural old people from the two aspects of moving to the city and the old people moving to the city,and analyzes the difficulties of urban integration of the rural old people from the four aspects of economy,social life,culture and psychology,which are reflected in the economic difficulties are unstable economic sources or few economic opportunities.In terms of social life,the dilemmas are large differences in environment,few social contacts,and obvious differences in basic security;In terms of culture,the dilemma is that the identity change is not adapted and the sense of integration is low;The psychological dilemma is loneliness and no one understands.Secondly,according to their problems,the reasons for the low integration degree of rural elderly with migrant workers in cities are analyzed from four aspects: personal situation,family economy and member relationship,community cultural environment and humanistic care,social medical security and social concern.And put forward suggestions from the four directions of changing their own ideas,increasing the care of the elderly in the family,improving the corresponding services in the community,and increasing the attention of the society so that the rural elderly can adapt to and integrate into urban life as soon as possible,achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life of the elderly in their old age,promote the rural elderly to form a sense of urban dependence,accept the city,and promote the harmonious development of society.
