Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Dairy Product Safety Supervision In Fangzi District, Weifang Cit

In accordance with the Party’s 20 National Principles,we will promote the building of a healthy China and give strategic priority to ensuring the health of the people.Meanwhile,the Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan calls for "joint contribution and shared benefits for all".It can be seen that the "era of great health" has arrived,and "national health" has become the theme of current social development.People’s yearning for a better life is constantly developing and deepening with the economic and social changes,and people are pursuing a higher quality of life style and healthier eating habits.As a special food,dairy products have high nutritional value and are rich in all kinds of nutrients needed by human body.The quality and safety of dairy products are closely related to the realization of the beautiful vision of "universal health".Therefore,healthy and efficient development of dairy industry is of great significance for people to pursue high quality of life.However,in 2022,a series of dairy safety incidents,such as Abbott producing and selling tainted milk Powder,Australian Nutria Dairy illegally adding vanillin to a batch of milk powder,and Maiquel Pure Milk illegally adding propylene glycol,were revealed by Xin Jifei on Douyin,as well as the "technology and hard work" of the dairy industry.It makes consumers question the quality and safety of dairy products eaten by themselves and their families,which makes the quality problems of dairy industry attract consumers’ attention again.Analyzing the series of dairy product safety incidents mentioned above reflects the government’s failure in regulating dairy product safety and the lack of self-discipline in the dairy industry.From the perspective of a market regulatory worker,this article uses content analysis,questionnaire survey,and interview methods to focus on studying the problems in the dairy industry and dairy product safety supervision work in Fangzi District,Weifang City.These problems mainly include: weak regulatory power of government departments leading to low regulatory efficiency,inadequate implementation of dairy product safety sampling work leading to a decrease in the level of sampling and monitoring,The lack of continuity in regulatory work has led to loopholes in regulation,a lack of corporate responsibility has led to inadequate implementation of responsibilities,and insufficient promotion of dairy product safety has led to incomplete public awareness.By analyzing the causes of the problem and combining the regulatory experience of developed regions in the domestic dairy industry with relevant policies in China,the countermeasures to solve the problem are proposed:integrating social resources,establishing a government led and social governance regulatory model;Improve the operational mechanism of dairy product safety inspection and testing,and improve the efficiency of sampling and monitoring;Improve the dairy product safety supervision system and enhance the comprehensive management level;Strengthen publicity and guidance work,call for the participation of the whole society,and improve consumer awareness level.The countermeasures proposed in this article are not only conducive to regulating the safety supervision behavior of dairy products in Fangzi District,Weifang City,improving regulatory efficiency,enhancing market competitiveness,promoting the rapid development of the dairy industry,but also providing reference for the grassroots government in China to strengthen the safety supervision of dairy products.
