Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Illegal Fund-raising Prevention And Control From The Perspective Of Network Governanc

Illegal fund-raising activities harm the interests of investors,endanger the stability of regional financial markets and cause many people’s livelihood and social problems.Therefore,the government needs to improve the quality and effectiveness of the prevention and treatment of illegal fund-raising furtherly.This paper focuses on the problems encountered in the process of illegal fund raising risk management in Kuiwen District.Through systematic analysis,it is suggested that Kuiwen District should seize the opportunity of the illegal fund raising regulations to improve the existing problems of poor coordination and decentralized management of illegal fund raising risk management,and focus on forming a whole chain,multi-organization and joint prevention and control working situation.Firstly,based on the networked management theory,this paper constructs the networked management framework of the risk of illegal fund-raising by combing through the literature,conducting field research and interviewing people.Secondly,this paper describes the main methods and results of illegal fund raising risk management in Kuiwen District.Through questionnaire survey,case study of illegal fund raising and interviews with relevant participants,this paper summarizes the current predicament of illegal fund raising risk management in Kuiwen District.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the related problems in the risk prevention and management of illegal fund raising in Kuiwen District,and summarizes the problems in the management of illegal fund raising risk,protection mechanism,environment creation and other aspects.Finally,measures to control the risk of illegal fund-raising are proposed.This paper takes the networked risk management of illegal fund raising as the idea,takes the prevention as the starting point,takes the strike as the countermeasure,through the disposal and other links to study the optimization of illegal fund raising risk management initiatives,and proposes the complementary connection between the networked management links.
