Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Radio Spectrum Resource Managemen

With the rapid development of radio technology,radio technology and application have penetrated into all aspects of social and economic life.As an effective carrier of radio applications,radio spectrum resources have become a basic and scarce core strategic resource serving the national economic and social development and safeguarding national security,and a key factor in promoting the construction of a manufacturing power,a network power and a digital China,It plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of society.Accordingly,the demand of the society for radio spectrum resources has also increased.How to solve the increasingly tense contradiction between supply and demand of spectrum resources is an important issue facing us.Improving the existing management mode of spectrum resource planning,improving the use efficiency,and maximizing the benefits of spectrum resources are the main issues explored in this paper.This paper starts with the relevant concepts of radio spectrum resources,taking Qingdao as an example,analyzes the current situation of the use and management of radio spectrum resources in Qingdao,points out that the use of spectrum resources under the current management mode exposes problems such as low utilization rate of spectrum resources,less means of configuration,and more illegal occupation,and analyzes the causes of the problem.In combination with the actual situation of Qingdao and the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" for radio management,it proposes to improve the existing management mode by strengthening institutional construction,improving the construction of the relevant legal system for spectrum resource management,enriching the application of big data in the radio field,innovating the spectrum resource management mode,and improving social awareness,so as to provide effective reference for the radio spectrum resource management in Qingdao,Further improve the working efficiency of radio management.
