Research On The Realistic Dilemma And Governance Strategies Of Comprehensive Law Enforcement In Urban Managemen

Urban management is an important topic for the high-level development of cities.Although the comprehensive law enforcement of urban management is at the end of the planning and construction management chain,it is an important part of urban management,playing a role of ballast,and improving the level of urban management,we must improve the efficiency of comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management.With the increasing importance of urban work,Q City has made many reforms and attempts in the field of urban management comprehensive law enforcement under the guidance of the national urban management comprehensive law enforcement reform.Based on the relevant domestic research results,this paper summarizes the basic concepts and theories of “urban management”,“urban management comprehensive law enforcement”,“metropolitan management”,“integrated governance theory"”and “new public service theory”.Using case analysis,interview and other research methods,and closely combining with first-hand data,this paper analyzes the current situation and practical difficulties of urban management comprehensive law enforcement in Q City and the causes.According to the idea of “big city management” and in combination with the excellent practices in urban management in Shanghai,Chengdu and Hangzhou,this paper puts forward specific measures to improve the comprehensive law enforcement efficiency of urban management in Q City,hoping to provide a strong reference for improving the administrative law enforcement of urban management,make urban life better,make the citizens happy,and play a supporting role in urban management for urban development,We will continue to deepen theoretical research on comprehensive law enforcement in urban management.The conclusion part of the paper,based on the governance strategies analyzed above,continues to summarize and refine five policy recommendations to guide the improvement and perfection of the comprehensive law enforcement of urban management:First,strengthening the voice of urban management and comprehensive law enforcement departments is the most realistic demand to improve efficiency;Secondly,optimizing the integrated law enforcement management mechanism of unified urban management is the key to improve the integrated law enforcement of urban management;Third,the construction of intelligent platform is a powerful means to achieve rapid growth in urban management and comprehensive law enforcement;Fourth,building a high-quality comprehensive law enforcement team for urban management is the most basic requirement for improving work efficiency and contains comfort in order;Fifthly,the ultimate goal of urban management is to retain convenience in neatness and embody beauty in standardization.
