Problems And Countermeasures Of The Reform Of Grass-roots Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcemen

With the intensification of urbanization in China and the change of the modernization of the governance function of the national political system,the comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform has increasingly become one of the key tasks for comprehensively deepening the reform,and after the pilot work and practice in many places,the comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform work has been carried out nationwide.In response to the call of national reform,Qz City actively promotes cross-departmental and cross-regional comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform,and further explores the reform concept and reform method of comprehensive administrative law enforcement through the comprehensive implementation of comprehensive and systematic comprehensive law enforcement reform,orderly overall planning of urban and rural law enforcement reform.This paper analyzed the structure and operation mode of Qz City Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau,and analyzed the current situation and relevant effects of comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform in Qz City.The problems existing in the process were analyzed by means of questionnaire surveys,and after analyzing the specific conditions of these problems,the reasons for these problems were pointed out separately.In order to further improve the comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform of Qz City,the experience of comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform in other regions was analyzed,and the analysis of specific cases could provide reference for the comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform of Qz City.On the basis of drawing on relevant cases,suggestions for improving the reform of comprehensive administrative law enforcement were put forward,mainly including optimizing the organizational planning of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement system,improving the coordination and cooperation ability of law enforcement,improving the level of grassroots law enforcement,enhancing the strength of comprehensive administrative law enforcement,and providing sufficient guarantees for comprehensive administrative law enforcement.It was hoped that this paper could provide reference for other grassroots comprehensive administrative law enforcement reforms.
