Research On The Grid Governance Of Relocation Community Led By Party Building

At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,the CPC proposed to achieve a new breakthrough in the efficiency of national governance.At the same time,the Party Central Committee clearly pointed out that it is necessary to fully realize the modernization of national governance,and the community,as the most basic management unit,undertakes the important task of maintaining social stability,people’s happiness,and alleviating contradictions and conflicts,which is an important part of realizing modern governance.Relocation of communities,as a new thing produced by urbanization development,has brought new opportunities and challenges to the country’s grassroots governance,in order to do a good job in this important work,we must make good use of the two magic weapons of party building guidance and grid governance.Under the extensive practice across the country and the research of experts and scholars,the role of party building in leading grassroots community governance is undoubted,and the emerging grid governance has added new impetus to grassroots community governance.In the process of community governance,the relocation community in W district of S city pays attention to the establishment of party organizations in the grid,and builds a four-level party building linkage mechanism,while using information technology to help grid governance,in this process,the relocation community of W district innovates a new model of grassroots community governance,promotes grassroots party members to play a leading and exemplary role,realizes intelligent community grid governance,and enhances the happiness and sense of gain of community residents.However,there are still problems in the governance of the relocation community in W area,such as weak party building guidance,shortage of community governance strength,unsatisfactory environmental facilities,ambiguous government responsibilities and roles,and insufficient participation of residents,and there are several possibilities for analyzing the reasons through problem analysis,one is that the party organization urgently needs to strengthen its own construction,the other is the lack of a stable and efficient grid team,the third is the backward fundraising and guarantee mechanism of the community,the fourth is the work of the government’s outdated governance concept,and the fifth is that the residents have not yet identified with their own identity.In order to solve these problems and realize the upgrading and development of the relocated community,we can first strengthen the core leading role of the Party in the relocated community,secondly,establish a stable and professional grid team,improve the supporting mechanism required for community operation,and improve the community governance pattern of multi-subject collaborative governance,and finally create a community cultural atmosphere in which everyone actively participates.Through the joint efforts of all community members,a harmonious and prosperous model of relocation community governance has been created.
