| This article focuses on the practice of county-level integrated media centers in ethnic minority areas that can assist in achieving good governance in rural areas.Five county-level integrated media centers in Guangxi ethnic minority areas with relatively backward economic levels were selected for field research,and through in-depth interviews,the construction status,effectiveness,and difficulties,challenges,and challenges of county-level integrated media centers in underdeveloped ethnic minority areas were examined,By analyzing the causes of the problems,further targeted improvement suggestions and development directions are proposed.The study found that the county-level financial media center in ethnic minority areas,with the support of the Party and national policies,has basically become a media institution that integrates all forms of media resources at all levels.It can participate in rural governance by building a county communication platform,serving regional economic development,activating cultural identity in ethnic minority areas,and connecting multiple subjects of rural governance.However,due to comprehensive social factors,the construction and development of county-level integrated media centers in ethnic minority areas still face practical challenges,including weak media competitiveness,low platform usage,low level of development of ethnic cultural resources,incomplete service function construction,and difficulty in obtaining support from superiors,all of which limit the participation of county-level integrated media centers in rural governance in ethnic minority areas.Starting from serving the masses,serving the county,serving rural governance,and ultimately achieving the goals of good rural governance and rural revitalization,county-level integrated media centers in ethnic minority areas should continue to improve the quality of content production,enhance the platform’s dissemination,guidance,influence,and credibility by providing various services,and become advocates of rural governance;Utilizing media platforms to enhance the connection of multiple entities in rural governance,consolidating the collective force of rural governance,and becoming the organizer of rural governance;Breaking through departmental barriers to governance information,improving public service levels,and utilizing various means of communication to participate,becoming actors in achieving shared governance;At the same time,effectively promoting the connection between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization,using media intervention,connection,and supervision to ensure that governance achievements are shared by the people,and depicting a beautiful blueprint for good governance in rural counties. |
