Research On The Advantages Of China’s New Political Party System

China’s new political party system is an important position of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core for the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the CPC.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made a series of new discussions on this system.In particular,the publication of the white paper titled China’s Political Party System: Cooperation and Consultation,which has presented the great advantages of this system to the world with a clear-cut political stance.Understanding and grasping the advantages of China’s new political party system meets the urgent need of deepening the research of the political party system under the background of strengthening the positioning of the "new political party system" in the new era.Objectively explaining the advantages of China’s new party system,scientifically exploring the root causes and practice of the advantages of the system,is an important entry point to answer the public’s doubts about the party system,objectively understand China’s party system,and enhance the recognition of the system.The paper takes the advantages of China’s new party system as the research object,and uses comparative research,historical analysis and literature research to examine the development situation of the world party research system.On the basis of the concept connotation,development course and main characteristics of China’s new political party system,from three aspects of content analysis,formation exploration and practical demonstration,and what answers at the theoretical and practical level.From the perspective of content,China’s new party system goes beyond the shortcomings and disadvantages of other party systems,and its advantages are mainly reflected in four aspects: interest representative,target overall planning,decision-making and governance efficiency.In speaking,China’s new political party system has authenticity,universality and persistence,consensus integration,unity and mobilization,decision-making,democratization and effectiveness,continuity of national policy,stability and effectiveness of national governance.From the perspective of formation,all the above remarkable advantages of China’s new political party system are mainly attributed to the ideological basis of the Marxist political party system,the profound accumulation of the Chinese fine tradition,and the lessons learned from the failure of the multi-party system and the one-party system in China.From the practical point of view,the advantages of China’s new political party system have been strongly demonstrated in the practice of political party politics,social development,risk response and national governance,especially in the brilliant achievements made in completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and fighting COVID-19.
