China ’s CPC-led Multi-party Cooperation And Political Consultation Standardization Research

The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under theleadership of the Chinese Communist Party is China’s new political system. It is notonly different from the multiparty system of Western countries, but also different fromthe one-party system in some socialist countries. Today, with the development ofglobalization, the political system has changed dramatically; China has made greatachievement in economy. Meanwhile there also appear a number of new socialproblems and contradictions. This requires us to stick to the multi-party cooperationand political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party ofChina, meanwhile we should improve and regulate the system according to thesituation and development of China.Three generations of leadership since the founding of new China attachimportance to cooperation with democratic parties. Since the reinforcement of thereform and opening up policy, the multi-party cooperation and political consultationsystem under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party goes from good to betterin chinese status, party’s policy and it’s own content and forms. In particular, theenactment of the CPC Central Committee in1989and2005,“to uphold and improvethe views of the Chinese Communist Party-led multi-party cooperation and politicalconsultation system and views on further strengthening the multi-party cooperationand political consultation system under the leadership of Communist Party of China”,is a landmark event in the development of standardization of multi-party cooperationand political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party ofChina.The content of this paper covers the research of the regulation the multi-partycooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party ofChina. It aims to summarizes the achievement and deficiencies of the policy of themulti-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China by introducing the background of the regulation to themulti-party cooperation and political consultation policy under the leadership of theCommunist Party of China put forward by Chinese Communist Party and regulatingthe process of it’s development and then to explore a good way to regulate it. Theresearch on the regulation of the political policy, on one hand can make people buildup more confidence on this policy and on the other hand, it can go with the tide andperfect this policy, making this policy works much better in the development of ourcountry’s politics and showing it’s own characteristics and enriching it political forms.
