Study On Social Adaptability Of Relocated Farmers Under Urban Resettlement Mode In Hunan Province

Based on the follow-up support of relocation for poverty alleviation in other places,this study selects the social adaptability of relocated farmers under the urban resettlement mode as the main research object,and systematically combs its academic research progress and literature at home and abroad.Then,it defines the concept of urban resettlement mode,the social adaptability of relocated farmers under urban resettlement mode and the characteristics of urban resettlement,and integrates the theoretical basis of urban resettlement.In the empirical research stage,445 sample data were obtained after the field investigation of hongjiaduan resettlement community in Pingjiang County,Yueyang City and Tai’an community in Yuanling County,Huaihua City,to explore and analyze the adaptation status and progress of immigrants in terms of economic production,social culture,social environment,psychological attribution and so on,After analyzing its mechanism,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to calculate its overall social adaptability and level.Based on the relevant research data,after calculating the social adaptability index,this paper deeply analyzes the main factors affecting the social adaptability of urban resettlement and relocation immigrants by using multiple linear regression model.The study found that: first,the overall evaluation value of social adaptability of relocated farmers is 3.521,close to "comparative adaptation".The four dimensional adaptability index from large to small is: socio-cultural adaptability > psychological adaptability > economic adaptability > social environmental adaptability.There is still a high room for improvement in the adaptability level of economic and social environment of relocated farmers;Second,there are many factors affecting the social adaptability of farmers.The age of relocated farmers,the number of family labor force,whether to participate in cooperative economic organizations and marital status have a significant negative impact on the social adaptability of relocated farmers from large to small.Total income,the number of capable people in family relatives and friends,credit opportunities,special citizenship ideas,social security level,whether to continue to cultivate land,whether the head of household changes his job after relocation,participation in professional skills training,participation in cultural and recreational activities after relocation,nationality of respondents,gender of respondents and political participation after relocation have a significant positive impact on the social adaptability of relocated mers from large to small.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the views and research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions that can effectively improve the social adaptability of relocated farmers.
