Research On Business Environment Optimization Of Industrial Park In Qingyuan City Guangdong Province

With the publication of the World Bank’s Doing Business Report for the first time,the topic of doing business has attracted the attention of countries and regions around the world.At the Central Economic Work Conference in December 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear that China should further improve its business environment based on the rule of law,internationalization and facilitation.A sound business environment is conducive to the development and expansion of a region’s economic strength and competitiveness.In the construction period of China’s open economy,urban high-tech zones as the main position of regional economic construction,business environment optimization is particularly important to improve their economic strength.Taking Qingyuan High-tech Zone as an example,this paper expounds the meaning of industrial park,business environment,and reform of "delegating regulation and serving".Combining with government intervention theory,new public service theory and service-oriented government theory,literature research method and questionnaire survey method are adopted.Refer to the relevant business environment assessment elements of qingyuan city and high-tech zone government service level,the degree of economic development,industrial cost and evaluate the circumstances of infrastructure,and from the policy of government affairs environment,social service environment,financing environment and the rule of law environment shows that the measures of the construction of qingyuan high-tech zone in the business environment,through the questionnaire survey,High-tech business environment satisfaction data,summed up the current qingyuan city high-tech zone in e-government service quality,level of financial environment and supporting the relief,the effect of policies to promote innovation,regional advantages play degree and intermediary service quality is a certain deficiencies,and based on the cause analysis of the above business environment problems,puts forward optimized in set up the correct business environment cognition,Build a service-oriented government,provide dynamic support for small and medium-sized enterprises,provide close service to grasp the enterprise situation,vigorously encourage support small and medium-sized enterprise technology innovation,create strong innovation area,from internal resources to optimize regional advantage of high-tech business environment optimized suggestion,as to optimize the business environment of qingyuan city industrial park and countermeasures on a rational analysis framework.
