In June 2006,Y High-tech Zone was established.In November of the same year,it became the first national enterprise technology center in the city.Y city high-tech zone management committee as a first-level government agencies,is different from the general administrative agencies,but in terms of nature is the municipal government,the high-tech zone management committee organization function is park construction development and service park enterprises is given priority to,mainly undertake the function of economic development,enterprises for the high-tech zone to create a good development environment and healthy development of the soil.Y City High-tech Zone Management Committee has introduced various kinds of social professionals in 2012,but there are three problems in performance management: first How to explore the high-quality talents of the management committee of the zone;how to stimulate the creative ability,innovation ability and service ability of the talents;and how to attract more high-quality talents.Y city high-tech zone management committee enterprise performance management and management committee organization goal,the traditional institution staff performance appraisal mode has been unable to use the current development,it must rely on a high level of high quality performance management,to achieve high-tech zone management committee should have organization function,finally to achieve the development goals of high-tech zone.This paper uses the basic theory and principles of performance management On the analysis method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,we analyzed the current situation of the performance management of Y City High-tech Zone Management Committee,summarized the problems and reasons of the management committee in the performance management of the business establishment staff,and obtained suggestions that the performance management of Y City High-tech Zone Management Committee can be optimized.This study has certain reference value for the improvement of the performance management ability of the establishment personnel of the management committee of how to effectively allocate resources,change the management concept of the management committee of the high-tech Zone to realize its organizational effect.
