Research On Ai Siqi’s Theory Of Ideological And Political Education In Yan’an Period

During the Yan’an period,Ai Siqi actively explored the party’s ideological and political work,and on the basis of summing up practical experience,sorted out the context of a large number of articles and books,formed a unique and unique viewpoint on the theory of ideological and political education,and made outstanding contributions to the theoretical research of the party’s ideological and political work.In-depth study of Ai Siqi’s theory of ideological and political education in Yan’an period,in-depth excavation of its ideological essence,and summarization of its rich experience can provide us with very useful experience for effectively solving the problems faced by ideological and political education in the new era.This paper discusses the formation conditions,main contents and salient characteristics,basic principles and main methods,and contemporary enlightenment of Ai Siqi’s ideological and political education theory in Yan’an period.The anti-fascist War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression became the central work of the Party,and propaganda and education of the broad masses of the people to concentrate their efforts on resisting Japan and imperialism became an important task of the Party,which were the background of the times in which Ai Siqi’s theory of ideological and political education was formed;The study and application of Marxist theory,the recognition and inheritance of traditional Chinese culture,and the study and publicity of Mao Zedong Thought are the theoretical basis for the formation of the theory of ideological and political education of Ai Siqi.Engaging in teaching work,newspaper and periodical editing,and participating in new philosophical research societies are the practical basis for the formation of Ai Siqi’s theory of ideological and political education.Ai Siqi believes that ideological and political education mainly takes Marxist theoretical education,patriotic education,and anti-Japanese war education as the main content;Advocate that ideological and political education should always follow the principle of integrating theory with practice,the principle of party spirit,the principle of people’s nature,and the principle of combining words with deeds;It is emphasized that ideological and political education mainly uses the method of theoretical indoctrination,the method of literary and artistic education,the method of comparative identification and the typical model law as the main methods;In the long-term practice process,the theory of ideological and political education has formed the basic characteristics of practicality,scientificity and criticism.Ai Siqi’s theory of ideological and political education in Yan’an period not only pointed out the way for the party’s ideological and political education work at that time,but it still has important practical enlightenment today: in terms of the content of ideological and political education,we should continue to promote the sinicization of Marxism,promote the specialization of educational content and realize the popularization of educational content;In the aspect of ideological and political education,we should make full use of new media platform,give full play to the role of advanced models and carry out practical teaching deeply.In the construction of ideological and political education team,ideological and political educators should have a solid theoretical foundation,strive to popularize the language and dare to criticize mistakes.
