A Micro Study Of The Narrative Of The Communist Party Of China’s Model Workers In The Early Years Of The Founding Of The People’s Republic Of China

In 1949,the Communist Party of China from local to national governance process,leading the vast number of workers and farmers,with the Marxist concept of labor for the purpose of advocating self-denial,public service,active dedication of the spirit of work,their outstanding stand out as a model,become a hero among the people,people called "model workers".Countless model workers fought on the front line of production,and made great contributions to the stability of the new regime,economic recovery and development,and social stability.They became pioneers and models in the early days of New China.At the beginning of the founding of New China,a hundred ruins were waiting to be built.In order to better organize the masses and give full play to their power,the Communist Party of China carried forward the tradition of honoring model workers during the Revolutionary War.This tradition elected groups of model laborers who,with their pragmatic labor attitude,rich labor experience and enthusiasm for building a new China,played an important leading role and became the cornerstone of the economic development and political stability of New China,making great contributions to the foundation of New China.At the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Wuhan Municipal Committee and Government selected the first batch of model workers through a series of narration of model workers,such as selection,commendation and publicity,which played a key role in Wuhan’s economic recovery,the consolidation of the new regime and the guidance of the new social fashion.The propaganda and commendation of these model workers inspired all the workers.They devoted themselves to the modernization of New China with selfless spirit and enthusiasm,made unremitting efforts to realize the historical mission of building a new homeland,and injected strong impetus to consolidate the new regime,so that more workers could participate in the construction of new socialist China with a new mental state and outlook.In the early days of the founding of New China,a series of narratives of model workers in Wuhan,such as selection,commendation and publicity,connect the past and the future.On the one hand,it draws on the experience of commendation of model workers in the revolutionary period of the Communist Party of China,which provides an example for the smooth development of the selection and publicity of model workers in New China.On the other hand,in the early days of the founding of New China,the experience of organizing and mobilizing model workers in the process of selection,commendation and publicity injected historical genes into the subsequent construction and even the spirit of model workers in the new era of socialism.
