Research On The Institution Construction Of The CPC Leading Economic Work Since The Founding Of The People’s Republic Of China

Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the CPC,in its historical process of leading China’s economic construction,has attached significant importance to the construction of the working system in economy,and has made a series of major theoretical and practical achievements.Facing the new normal of economic development in the new era and new journey,we still need to build a socialist modern power in an all-round way with the economic construction at its core.When we encounter a sea of new opportunities and challenges in economic development,it matters much to uphold and consolidate the Party’s leadership of economic work and its system construction.That we strongly strengthen the research on the institutional construction of the Party’s leadership of economic work and systematically summarize the institutional advantages and fundamental experience of the Party’s leadership of economic work makes contributions to deepening the academic research on this issue,promoting the play of the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and building up the national modernization of governance system and governance capacity.This paper adopts the research method of combining theory with practice,linking history with reality,and associating politics with economics,takes the system construction and fundamental experience as its research theme,analyzes and discusses the theoretical basis of the economic working system’s construction led by the Party which has been explained from the perspectives of fundamental principles of historical materialism,Marx’s theory of socialized mass production,and Marx’s theory of total capital reproduction.Based on the logic of historical evolution,this paper combs,summarizes and analyzes the theoretical and practical explorations as well as the achievements of the system construction originating from the construction of the economic work system led by the Party in the three historical periods which varied from the period of socialist revolution and construction to the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,clearly demonstrates the historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic of the construction of the economic work system under the leadership of the Party,initially reveals the institutional advantages,led by the Party since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,of the construction of economic work system that include achieving common prosperity for all people,bringing into full play the people’s strength,and adhering to the principle of concentrating on major tasks to give play to the basic economic system,and attempts to summarize the fundamental experience of the construction of the economic work system led by the Party which mainly contains sticking to the guidance of Marxist theory,strengthening the Party’s centralized and unified leadership over economic work,adhering to the people-centered political position,grasping the national conditions to achieve economic development,carrying out reform and innovation to activate economic development potential,and optimizing and improving the macro-control mechanism.
